Introducing our most intricate and labor-intensive zefir creation yet — the Microflorist Zefir Bouquet. Inspired by the artistry of luxury micro-floral arrangements, this design features dozens of delicate handcrafted zefir flowers, including miniature roses, peonies, and lilacs, carefully piped one petal at a time.

Unlike traditional zefir bouquets, the Microflorist collection showcases approximately twice the number of flowers, creating a lush, garden-like presentation that feels both elegant and abundant.

• 9-inch Champagne Round Box – approximately 18 handcrafted flowers

• 10-inch Champagne Round Box – approximately 24 handcrafted flowers

Each arrangement is presented in a premium champagne-colored round box with a clear display lid. The flowers rest on a generous bed of handcrafted zefir curls, creating two beautiful layers of zefir for an impressive presentation and extra enjoyment.

Because of the smaller flower size and increased flower count, every bouquet requires significantly more hand-piping and craftsmanship than our classic designs. The result is a truly unique edible centerpiece that is easy to serve and share at larger gatherings.

Our zefir is made from real fruit purées and simple ingredients, without artificial colors, flavorings, or unnecessary additives.

Sugar-Substitute Option Available

For those seeking a lower-sugar alternative, this bouquet can be made with allulose, a naturally occurring sweetener found in small amounts in fruits such as grapes, figs, and raisins. Allulose provides sweetness similar to sugar while having a minimal impact on blood sugar levels and avoiding the aftertaste commonly associated with many artificial sweeteners.
